I have no idea where in the world these NEGATIVE (anonymous???) reviews are coming from. Do you realize that you live in an apartment? If you want perfection...move into a house! The scenery is beautiful....large trees, well manicured, and certainly NO TRASH anywhere. I see the guy walking around every single morning picking up any thing that is on the ground. So, either you don't live here or your mad about late fees or something because the things you are claiming make no sense. Everyone that works there is super friendly and has always made me feel important. Mabe you should think about the way you treat them. You get what you give...remember that. They do an inspection once a year, every year (at least the few years I've lived here)...not monthly.I check the crime statistics monthly and there is never anything other than domestic disputes on there, so how could it be scary? I also see the patrol service 2-3 times a night here. It's obvious that the extreme negative comments are made up. I am very happy living here. I would like to have a fitness center, but other than that.....NO COMPLAINTS from me or any of the many friends that I have that live here . If you're not happy here, you won't be happy anywhere.
