I lived here for 15 months.  The apartment mgt was friendly and responsive. The grounds were kept relatively clean.  Nice pools and a nice park in the back for picnicing and doggie friendly. I would recomend the complex; however&#44; I had a huge problem with pests.  I had the pest guy out 4 to 5 times&#44; bombed the apt 2 times and still couldn&#39;t get rid of them completely.  It was a dissapointing end to a lovely complex.

I was set to move to this property. I loved the apartments. The property is very beautiful. I had been attempting to see the unit in which I would be staying for 3weeks prior to my move in but I was constantly told that the apt wasn&apos;t ready. On the day I was suppose to move in I go to my apartment and find roaches in the kitchen sink. Disgusted I inform the assistant manager of the property who asks me with a smirk if I want to be put on the pest control list. I demand a different unit. The unit I was offered was in the same building as the previous apartment with less amenities for the same price. When I brought this up I was told this was standard. I decided not to go through with the move in and was permitted by the property manager to break the list without repercussions and without my deposit.

MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK! If you want to live in a place where random charges are put on your rent monthly, move here. It you want speeding cars about to run you or your family over in the parking lot, move here. If you want trash everywhere that brings in stray cats and other nasty rodents, move here. If you want noisy neighbors all hours of the night, move here. I cannot wait to move. It was NOT like this when I moved here a few years go. It was just the opposite. But when change and rechange management and office staff(over several months), this is what happens, at least here. You have been warned.

Manager is extremely rude will not listen and argumentive. Been without proper air for almost month. Leaving ASAP. If u want to feel at home this is not the place sorry to say. The last manager was better handling issues.

Residence with their dog pooping stop allowing them to poop on the balconies and throwing them down also power wash the breezeway their very dirty and please fix my air I have tried to be help full and nice but it's leaving me uncomfortable

This is a 1 star establishment. Office staff rarely answer the phone and are rude when they do. They mark you work orders complete without ever even coming by to try and work on anything (I know this for a fact because I work from home). The apartments are infested with roaches and they will lie and say they have someone come out to spray l, but never do. You get charged for trash valet but most of the time they never come to pick it up so there's just bags and bags of trash sitting outside peoples doors for days at a time. The entire time I've lived here the pool has been closed. There's minimal free parking, so your forced to pay or you'd have to walk across the entire complex, which is not in a great neighborhood. You'll hear gunshots at least once a week. You might even pay for a parking spot but often times someone else will park in it or they might even park directly behind it so you can't get in or leave. My advice, turn and run. Hands down the worst apartment complex I've lived in, they'll try to charm you and post off all the things they are in the process of working on to better the complex but I promise you they told me the same things when I moved in over a year ago and I have seen absolutely nothing done.

The front of the complex is very nice and well-kept. The remainder of the complex has trash everywhere, it is very disgusting, and maintenance does not come in a timely manner when needed. Do not recommend.

Have being living in these community for 3years  l love the place because there  is good  security   a lot of parking space ,clean  up the compand all the time and good staff that  ready to help all the tme

This property is hands down the WORST place I have ever lived. Your lack of service and incompetence are the finishing touches on a living experience that I'd rather not remember or recommend. You should all be ashamed.
