I can't wait until my lease is up

As soon as my lease is up, I'm outta here. The staff lies to you everyday. The parking is deplorable; I have to come home straight from work to park anywhere close to my apartment. And if I have guest, they have to park in the back of the complex and walk to my apartment. Which is great considering we have guest parking spaces that tenants are allowed to park in and we got a notice that an apartment had been broken into so we shouldn t go out after dark alone? The access gates are ALWAY broken. Maintenance is a joke. I had to wait 3 weeks for basic things to be repaired after I moved in; still waiting on the rest. Turns out, maintenance lives on property but only work Monday through Friday. If they need parts you have to wait until the first or 15th. So if anything breaks after 5:00 pm on Friday you have to make due until Monday or two weeks later. I had to email the corporate office to get anything done. The dog run is a small area around the picnic tables and rusted grills. No fence, little grass and the wonderful creek view they talk about is a creek full of trash. My balcony is rotted, the patio screen they promised me is no where to be found, the dumpsters have more trash around them then in and the one washing area has most of the machines broken most of the time. The hot tub that they said was open year round is now under lock and key. The workout facilities are off property and the workout room is smaller than my one bedroom apartment. Forget trying to cook a meal. The kitchen is older than my grown son. Out of everything they promised me, the only thing done is that my rent is due the first of the month. As soon as my lease is up I m outa here!!!
