The appliances don't work half the time, maintenance is a joke. If they show up it will be broken again by the next day. They will lie to your face about everything. We have mold in our apartment, roaches, ants, hot water that is a hit or miss. Taking a cold shower when it's freezing outside is getting old fast. Half of the residence look and act like thugs. We walk past bags of trash that stay out for weeks at a time. The music is so loud my entire apartment vibrates. Every time we go to the office for anything we have to deal with a new person, no one last for more than a few weeks some only make it a few days. One even told my husband that her husband advised her to quit because he felt it was unsafe. We have neighbors who get drunk and fight, one chased her husband around the parking complex. There is a reason why you see so many pit bulls here and they are not good reasons. I have spoken with the neighbors I dare to speak to and they share the same feelings. They either can't wait to leave or they are only here because they can't afford anywhere else. And on top of that, they throw on a little paint, fix a few lights and now they want a rent increase. If you stop here don't leave until you've walking around and talked to the people living here and please, please do it during daylight hours and never by yourself.
