You know there have been times I sit up and read these reviews and a lot of these people that have things to say, a lot of things come off racial. I recently just moved in, and of course everything wasn't perfect but I talked to the managment about it, and it was handled. I am a firm believer you have to handle everything in decent and in order. You are living in an apartment not your own house, so you have to realize that you are sharing this location with other people. So if my neighbor happens to talk a little loud, I have to understand that is just how some people are, some are considerate and some are not, and that's life, what you have to do is deal with it period. Its not hard, if you have a problem with a bill or something, its not hard to go in the office and sit down with a person and talk human to human, and be personable about the situation. I work in a corporate job and I have to deal with people on an everyday basis. I never said that this apartment is 100 percent perfect, but I am sure the same people that are on these reviews that are complaining will complain whereever they move, I am not a manager, i am an actual tenant, so I don't have a problem with the apartments. So I think they are just fine and I will come back and review in 6 mnths and let you know how I feel. If you have a problem all you have to do is talk to the people that work in the office
