For the reviewer below- you are way off base

You're right it certainly isn't the nicest but it it is very comparable to all others in this area, none are new..... Sounds like you have champaign taste on a beer budget to me. I didn't expect to have all new appliances in an apartment that isn't anywhere near brand new. I was aware that I would need to pay the same rent as a house and move to a more expensive area, if I wanted these things in an apartment. When I have had anything that needed repaired, it has always been done in a resonable amount of time and haven't had to request it several times. I've been here over 2 years and had nothing but great experiences when dealing with the staff. They have always been friendly and helpful even though I can imagine that it is a tough job to try and make so many people happy at one time. I stop in at least once a week and the manager is amazing at her job. I've seen nothing but improvements under her watch. As for letters that go out to people who live here, I've never recieved anything that states "their watching us" or "don't do anything wrong" or you'll be evicted...that's just ridiculous.I do read the monthly letters that come to my door that review the lease contract, policies, etc. MAYBE your one of those that are doing something you shouldn't be, therefore your guilty conscience is allowing you to take the "generalized" letters personally. The pools are always clean except for leaves in there from all the trees around them.which I love because I can sit in the shade if I want to. There are two grocery stores less than 5 minutes away, I've even walked there before. Absolutely everything is close- highways, shopping, restraunts, etc. Your review below just doesn't have any merit to it. I enjoy living here so maybe you just need to get a house or move up to Frisco because if you're not happy here then you won't be anywhere else in this area. I've lived in different complexes around here and this one ranks up there as one of the best. GREAT JOB to the staff and just know that the majority of us LOVE you guys!
