PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Terrible, terrilble place! I heard gunshots two diffeent times in one week! This is not the place you want to live, EVER! Do not move here if you have children, or care for your safety. This place has absolutely no lighting on the property at night and has many, many dark areas especially by POOLS which is highly unsafe as well in the back by the woods - that should say enough. My door fell off its hinges, I have mold in the bathroom for sure and I think a few other places as well. The walls are paper thin, you can here everyone come up the stairs, water running, etc. No celing lights in the bedroom or living room. Maintence is terrible, they never show up unless it is a true emergency and even then it took them 1 full week to come out and fix my A.C. and it even got hotter than 89-90 degrees in here & outside and that is illegal by the way! They do nothing by the book, the office staff is not helpful and are completely rude! The manager stayed on the phone and laughed and had a long friendly conversation over the phone with a friend while making my husband wait in the lobby for more than 45 min, and then told him to come back the next day because it was time for her to go! And landscaping? well, there is NONE. On their brochere it says "sparkling pools" and they never clean the pools. Maybe once or twice a month. I think I've said enough, please don't move here.
