DONT RENT HERE!

When I moved in I was thinking I got a deal....boy was I wrong. There is only one way in and out of the apartment. Yes its fenced, but the gate they said was getting fixed has worked one day out of almost a year of living here. They do not upkeep the grounds and do not enforce people to pick up their dogs waste! Yes the signage has some landscaping but the rest of the apartments are nasty! YOu cant walk anywhere without looking where you are steping off of the grass. NO ONE picks up the dog waste and they do nothing about it! Not to mention it stinks in those areas really badly. There have been very large tree limbs fall from trees several times, and one even took out a carport. I know if they monitored the landscaping better this would not have been such an issue. We have people going up and down the stair well all day and night and kids running rampant and drawing on the buildings and throwing rocks. People park on the curb and run in for 10 to 15 min and leave all hours....and you cant tell me its just them making a quick visit! On a couple occasions We have seen people carring weapons in and out, and by that I do mean guns of different kinds. The police are there often serving warrants and I have two kids that I wont let out of my apartment by themselves! I cant afford to break my lease but when its up soon I will be out of there faster than they talk you into living here!
