It's what u make of it

I've been here for three years and I have never had a issue that management has not addressed. I have not seen any drug activity as one of the reviews stated. Come on everybody has to be reasonable when it comes to maintenance. You have to give them time to address the issues. You have to realize that you are not the only one that needs their services. They are humans not robots. I have had issues and they were addressed at least 2 to 4 days after I submit the request. The leasing staff changes a lot. The manager is really a cool level headed person. There seems to be a lot of mis-information about this property. As far as security goes if residents thought that there were safety issues and drug issues then why is it that there were only four residents at the crime watchers meeting that was held last month. Let's be real everybody, we all have opinions and it's easy to write bad reviews but you make your on experiences and get what you put into it. I have never seen a bug in my apt. If you have bugs then maybe it is a housekeeping issue with a unit in your building. As far as the crime It's everywhere people !!!WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! I've lived in gated community paying a lot of money for the amenities and my neighbors were drug dealers and the pools were always being so called worked on in the summer so stop complaining, There is always someone that will have issues with something.
