Nantucket Landing Crashes and Burns - Continuously. . .

This is long overdue. I don't normally do these reviews, but I am so sick of these people. To pay rent and get treated poorly is ridiculous. I don't care what anyone says fake and phony is not the right way of life and yes, that s genuinely what the office staff is. We live by a stairway, and whew, that's really bad it's like being outside at a horse race. Adults and kids stomp up and down the steps from early in the morning to late, late at night. We live on a bottom floor and the people above move all day long and all night; vacuuming, showers, laundry. You name it, we hear it. The new rules with paying for a paid-reserved space are nothing but a money making scheme by management. Had a vehicle towed and had to spend money I really had allotted for something else to get it, not to mention the days it was in storage. Have had to beg to get things done both with old management in office and new. Gated security was already falling apart when we moved in and now the gate has been broken for months, and if it's not why is it off. The office staff has been rude to our parents on multiple occasions and even taken credit for doing things for us that they truthfully have not done. We weren't raised that way and don't belong here. It is very unfortunate for us that we are locked into our lease for yet a few more months (and really shouldn't have renewed a third time this year), but this time our whole family has made a vow, we are out of here no matter what when this lease is up. We aren't from Texas and this has been a truly mind-blowing and eye-opening experience for us all. One thing I know for sure, just because you rent/lease a place to stay, it is still supposed to be your HOME and as long as you are being a good tenant in your home you should be afforded the care and concern always from those that you pay your money to. You should have parking and be able to have visitors. Growing up our parents always made home life happy and we know that when you pay for something, whatever it is, you should want to be happy with it. I mean, you would be crazy if you didn't. Well, we aren't happy at all and worse than that the one joy we had while stuck here was our parents and sister coming to visit and now they have also vowed not to come back until we can get out of here. After all this is your home, not prison and you are a person, not a prisoner.
