Pro's More square footage for the $$$ Multiple pools and hot tub Location, Not even 10 minutes from GeorgeBush toll Green belt and quaint wooded area Animal friendly lots of animal lovers Responsive but overworked and under appreciated management/staff team Sociable neighbors Walking distance to local dining and entertainment. No car need as bus stop is just outside the apartment. Overall safe just a few curious, young, high spirited and bored people who rather be outside than in Con's Disrespectful neighbors and guest of residents: if every resident took initative and accountability for there actions there would be fewer complaints all around. I have witnessed residents LITTERING, LOITERING, NEGLECTING TO MONITOR THERE CHILDREN, PLAYING MUSIC,TV, VIDEO GAMES ABNOXIOUSLY LOUD THRU THE AM HOURS. I HAVE ALSO NOTICED MOST OF THIS TAKES PLACE AFTER THE OFFICE IS CLOSED. THE POLICE DO RESPOND IF CALLED although this does not detour repeat offense. Parking seems to be an issue primarily in one part of the complex which throws all parking off. I admit the first come first come first serve method was less aggravating to come home to. However parking isn't much of an issue unless you work late or leave after 8:00pm There isn't a designated area for kids to play so be careful driving thru complex. One way in and out is going to cause an accident one day. Outer building lights constantly needing replaced as well as planks to back fence. I found shoe prints on hood of my car as if someone jumped the fence and used my car as landing point. I've read several of the reviews and will admit most of them are valid. However, there is always another perspective to each scenario. I was disappointed to see a lot of blame on management and staff, but anyone who has spent time in the leasing office should know the staff is always working, always busy, and in my opinion they are simply out numbered by the drama the residents bring. I do not believe that they don't care but that there just isn't enough time in the day to address everything. They are decent people not miracle workers. In my opinion it's the residence that give NANTUCKET LANDING a negative rep as well as the company they keep. I've never had an issue that was not addressed in a timely manor. There are people cleaning the grounds around 7:30am and I am appreciative for them but always question why?
