I LOVE THIS PROPERTY AND THE MANAGEMENT STAFF!! I have been a resident at Nantucket for 3 years now!! and Unfourtuanly I had to leave to be closer to my school or I would have stayed for another 3 years lol!! I can honestly say when I first moved in it was alittle rough.... but the price was right...So I hung in there... but now...... OMG!!! The new management are total proffessionas!! I mean they got in there and got stuff done!! They put out all the "less then desirable" nieghbors the ones who would hang out blast loud music and smoke weed outside....the complex is a completley different place and quiet place!! And for the price you pay it has to be the best deal in the North Dallas area. The managment will earnestly try and accomidate your needs and they treat everyone with respect. But if your about that riff raff dont even try and bring it up in here becuase they dont play!! If you put a work order in they will get it done in a timly fashion the maintenace is great aswell. The new Nantucket is geared toward proffessionals who want to live in a great area at a truly affordable price!! I would def recommend this place to live.
