Hmmm where do I start... Nantuckett is just a ratchett --- place to live! Granted I moved in there BUT I have learned you do pay for what you get. When I moved in the apartment was filthy... the cabinets were dirty the stove was nasty!.... maintenance literally spray painted my wall eggshell white and did a half --- job at it as well... Paint was still dripping down the wall when I moved in... The office has the audacity to put out news letters every month like the apts are about something but havent made any plans to update the units with new appliances, cabinets or maybe even a ceiling fan or some crown molding or base boards! (that would be nice) The ppl that work in the office are okay I have never really had an issue, but they will tell you some BS and put notices on your door for stupid ---- of no urgency. The tenants are scary I hated walking accross the parking lot at night or even going to the laundry facility by myself. There are alot of kids running around the complex after 5pm on weekdays and all weekend long. The apts are run down I wouldnt advise ANYONE to consider these apts as a place residency HONESTLY. OH and FYI ppl in these apts are infamous for HIT and RUNS! OH and there is alot of drug activity going on Police are always in the complex... ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK and the rent is to high for what theyre willing to give IJS!
