I have been at this community for 5 years, and these past few months have been a total NIGHTMARE. Before hand I never had a personal issues. I haven't liked the fact how I started out paying about 550 and now pay over 800 dollars a month. IF I had a new or at least updated apartment I wouldn't mind, but I am paying a ridiculous price for a very old unit, but i will be moving as soon as my lease is up. I had a break in during the thanksgiving break, and since then more packages have been stolen, and most recently someone has been outside my door. The management team has been NO HELP during this process, and even though the regional manager didn't come out and say these exact words she basically said it. They do not want to work with me and when i stated so what if someone comes in on my 4 year old daughter and I (God forbid) and harm us then what. She simply stated we are not responsible for your personal safety. How in the world is that even acceptable to say to a tenant even if that is true. You at least supposed to try your best to assure your tenants are safe. I would never state anything like that to anyone. It's sad how people don't care, but when it knocks at their front doors then they will understand.
