I have a friend that currently lives here, and from what I've seen, DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! The staff doesn't care about the safety of their residents. One night, I heard gunshots on a weeknight, and my friend that currently lives here called the office to see what was going on in the neighborhood a couple days later, the staff instead were more focused on complaining about an umbrella being left outside just for a day, and a valet trash bin not being taken back into the apt when the resident usually doesn't leave it out like that unless she doesn't have a choice. They even had the nerve to place a letter on her door about her putting her trash out early when she's paying $20 a month, a picture was also taken of the trash being placed outside before the pick up time. She can barely utilize the service since she works the mid shift: 12pm-9pm. They force the residents to use this valet trash service w/o giving them the option to opt out and take out their own trash when it's convenient for them. I just don't understand what they want her to do!!!
