This Apts community is terrible, they don't clean the common areas of the buildings, their breezeways, stairways, they are filthy. The water is shut off on an average twice to three times weekly, as if this residence lives in one of the third world countries. There is always an issue with the cold and hot water, very frequent, and sometimes they don't even inform you ahead of time. It's awful. Least but not least, and this is the worst, there is a lot of drug dealing in some buildings, mainly building 10 & 11 and the office knows about it, but does not move a finger, except that they texted residents once reminding them that it is illegal to deal in marijuana, but nothing changes. Dealers find safe heaven in this community. you obviously see interested buyers driving and stopping by these 2 buildings all day long and all night long, non stop, you also see suppliers and gang members hanging by those two building also, mainly by building 11- 3rd floor. BEWARE...IT'S A DANGEROUS ENVIRONMENT for you and your family...
