Do NOT live here. I repeat, do NOT make this property your home. It is the most filthy, unsanitary, disgusting place I've ever lived. I have lived in many apartments over the last 14 years, and this has been the worst experience I've ever had. My apartment is infested with roaches. There are roaches everywhere! The bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, everywhere. The property has a full-blown infestation, as I have seen baby roaches. They can't seem to fix the issue, as I have been pleading with management to do something about the roaches for the past 8 months and I still have roaches. There is trash all over the property, all day and night. They charge you 20 dollars per month for valet trash service, just to pile it up in one area for raccoons and other rodents to dig into. People leave their trash outside their apartment door, where it stays for days at a time. The environment is filthy. There are many random cats that roam the property, and racoon families (yes, families) that hang around the dumpster area. The office staff is completely unreliable and very unorganized. No one communicates with each other. On the day I was supposed to move in, I received a call stating that my apartment was not ready for move in. I was in transit with all of my belongings in a UHaul, on my way to pick up my keys at the moment I received the call. I was forced to reroute and find somewhere to stay until my apartment was ready. Maintenance is horrible. When I first moved in, I reported that my air conditioning unit was not properly working the first week I moved in. No one addressed the issue. Then the AC completely went out. I came home to an 85 degree apartment. I had to contact maintenance several times that day before anyone came out to fix it. Luckily, the head maintenance man, Greg, came out to fix it around 10pm that night because no one else would respond to my issue. Greg was awesome!!! However, he would have never had to come out if the issue would have been addressed when I reported it the first week I moved in. The water is shut off nearly every day of the week. And for a long period of time, I never knew if I would be taking a hot shower, cold shower, or lukewarm shower. The water temperature was never consistent. They finally fixed that a couple of weeks ago after I had to call them 15 times. Parking is horrible! There are only very small parking spaces for compact cars unless you want to pay for covered parking. People either double park or park so close that they hit others' cars. Don't live here! RUN! I have been expressing my concerns to management for months, and I have gotten nothing. This has been HELL.
