This is an apartment complex that has been unresponsive to my maintenance emails, but on the other hand has given me less than 3 days notice on bug fogging and having to vacate my apartment for > 4 hours (more than 2 times in the past 1.5 months). In addition, they have changed the gate password for security reasons, but failed to let me or other residents know either through email or phone or mail. As a resident, I think at the very least, knowing the password to your gated community would be expected. So, I wasted some time waiting for cars whose drivers knew the password. This is sad because I believe communication is such an important quality in a great apartment complex. Lastly, I have kindly asked the landowners for some reimbursement to buy a lamp in my studio apartment as they have not responded to helping me fix the electricity for the past week +. No confirmation of my email. Nothing. I am a guy with not that much expectations, but when my parents come all the way from NY to visit, I would at the very least hope they could be greeted with some lights during the night. I really really did not want to leave a bad review because I like the people, the apartment team has some great potential, and the neighbors are extremely diverse, but want to be honest to people who are considering moving here. Right now, their communication is an abysmal 1 star. Overall, you have a shelter and a home to dwell in. For that, Iām grateful. Youāll also have clean water, a safe place, but, not to beat a dead horse, in terms of maintenance and communication, itās pretty bad and can get at times frustrating. Thank you.
