This community has great potential, but is lackluster at best. Recent CAF management acquired & making typical changes. They have increased rental rates $$$, yet the extra charges they include in rent like trash,etc. is not consistently being taken care of. The mailbox always tends to be overflowed with trash and all on the floor. You cannot even get to your mailbox without the sea of trash everywhere. The grounds always tends to have litter. The utility boxes for cable in some sections have been tampered with(uncovered) and have wires exposed. I am sure somebody's codes are being violated. The customer service and corporate of this management are dismissive and don't return phone calls. I am disappointed and feel inconvenienced. The CAF management takeover was on short notice, but yet they require a 60-day notice to leave that community. With these new rates they have increased by hundred, it's forcing people to rush to find more reasonable rates and living. They are not willing to negotiate nor are they being proactive to improve some of the basic living conditions such as clean grounds and amenities. These issues have been repeatedly reported, but to no avail. Steer clear from management companies and communities such as this.
