Since the new management company took over the community, it has not been a pleasant experience. Passive aggressive emails about community standards get sent out, and that is what effectively notifies us of any changes that have been made. The leasing office staff is not helpful in anyway to assisting you with their issues, and often uses the staffing crisis as an excuse. I too am understaffed at my office, yet I still need to answer the phone and emails in a timely manner.
I chose to renew my lease out of convenience and to save money with my partner to buy a home. Not because I enjoy living here.
