The leasing staff was bare minimum customer service. The community was clearly run down and the apartment "upgrades" were kind of like bandages for the poor maintenance of the overall community. The amenity upgrades did bring the community to a higher level but there's clearly still a lot more work to be done. They also included a gate fee but admitted the gate wasn't going to be up and active until later this year.
