For the price I'm paying, I'm very pleased with the quality of my apartment and the location. My apartment is updated and modern. The area is very safe. I love that it's right off the freeway; makes it easy to go places. I feel safe living here as a single female. The maintenance people always fix my requests (sometimes takes a week or longer, but it always gets done). The maintenance staff if really great and friendly. The only thing I really don't like is the parking. If you don't pay the $45 a month for a covered spot, you have to find an uncovered spot. Coming back at night, it can be impossible to find one anywhere near my building. The spots in the back are so tiny. Even with my compact car, I've had to crawl out the passenger side or back seat many times because the cars on either side are too close for me to open my door. Overall though, I love living here and plan to renew my lease.
