I'm very pleased here...don't understand negative people

You all really need to be advised that reviews posted to this website are not monitored or verified. Therefore, they should never be taken as facts when looking for a new home. You really should check into everything for yourself.Unfortunately,anyone can post comments including people who do not actually live here. I live here and have for many years.The parking is great now because people with tons of visitors can no longer take up our parking spots.Maintenance has been pretty good to me with the exception of the summer months when they are incredibly busy.Complaining about parts needing to be ordered...give me a break. Do you really think that they keep every single part for every single thing on hand? I was a little worried when I received the letter that a break in had occurred until I went to the police website and found that it had happened at almost every apartment complex in our area. Unfortunately crime happens everywhere. I can say that after receiving the letter, I was glad that they cared enough about the residents to let us know that crime had occurred...they didn't have to do that.In a nutshell, I have been happy here for the most part and will continue my stay until I purchase a house.
