My experience had been good. Maintenance is awesome and there's a good vibe around. The only thing that gets overlooked is the trash disposal gets backed up and the gate is still broken. I chose this property originally because of the added security that comes with the gate.

Trash is not suitable. Unfortunate monthly billing for poor trash service. Wish power washing took place in breezeway area (eliminate spiders, webs, bugs). Maintenance always reliable and responsive to work orders.

I like the location. The community is clean and the maintenance team are very proactive on repair tickets. Having the gym and pool on site is also a plus you can workout or swim within leaving the development.

Just a number not a resident who wants to feel at home. The original feeling of living in an apartment those a gone after bell partner purchased The Lodge at Pecan Creek Apartments. The homey feeling, look of the property became industrialized.

When I first moved in the complex was well maintained, clean and quiet. I love my apartment and my neighbors but wish the trash compactor area would be clean again. A lot of Tenants have said they don't know how to use it. It's a wonderful location. Majority of the neighbors are quiet kind and caring, actual true neighbors. We have a wonderful maintenance staff.

It's a beautiful, safe community. The maintenance crew responds quickly and efficiently and are ver accommodating. The office staff, however, seem to make it their business to do as little as possible to help you out.

For the most part, the community is peaceful and inviting. Pro's - beautiful complex, nice pool and decent gym. Con's - only a small percent of dog owners pick up their dogs messes, renters don't have much care with disposing of trash properly and a few of the gym machines are due for replacing (plus a full set of dumbbells would be nice).

Management staff has been great! Always friendly and work with you. Maintenance has been great as well. Respectfully of the home when they need to come in and fix anything. They respond fast to maintenance requests when needed. Definitely would recommend staying here. Never had any issues

Living at The Lodge of Pecan Creek has been a nightmare. From overcrowded neighboring units and suspicious activities to verbal assaults in the parking lot, our family's safety and peace of mind have been severely compromised. The constant disturbances, disrespectful behavior from fellow tenants, and noise disturbances, including those caused by maintenance staff, have made it impossible for us to enjoy our home. We've tried to address these issues with management to no avail. We feel trapped and unsafe.

I have loved it here, it's busy but not too busy and not a lot of drama around. It's a nice little nook right next to a highway but not too close to hear it so it is a very convenient place to live and commute from. I don't have any complaints really everybody is very nice and friendly.

There are kids that run around screaming most nights and people don't like to put their trash where it should be put but overall my experience has been positive. The apartment complex does a good job of cleaning up and promptly fix any maintenance problems.

From the day I moved in with Julia being my leasing agent and Charlotte the Property Manager everything was perfect. To be honest once they sold the property to new management that's when it went a bit down hill. However, its still a nice place to live.

This apartment complex has been pretty good so far. Quiet environment, spacious floor plan, very quick and attentive maintenance and management teams. Only gripe is the Internet company. There needs to be more mainstream companies with faster speeds.

I really like living at The Lodge. It's tucked away and feels private even though it's conveniently located near I-35. The maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful. It's right down the road from Bettye Myers Middle School and Olive Stephens Elementary.

I love the park-like setting and the saltwater pool. Those are the two main reasons I chose this apartment. What I don't love is having the rent raised every year. The new management company raised it substantially!

The Lodge at Pecan Creek is in a quiet location yet only minutes away from everything you need. The Denton-Katy trail is just next to the location and provides a great place to walk, run, or ride bikes. As far as the property goes, current management is always attune to the community and our needs. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues, and the property always looks great!

It's been okay. Relatively quiet but occasional smell from marijuana inside the apartment. The stairs and hallways are always dirty. Maintenance crew responds promptly and they fix everything. Some residents play loud music at night in their cars. The front gate is broken frequently so we can't say we are gated community.

The apartment is great. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. The only issue is being able to hear your neighbors and the carpet. I have 2 cats and my cats never had any sort of issues but since moving in my cats have developed fleas. At first I believed it was maybe cause it was summer and they chill on the balcony a lot. Then I witnessed the carpenters putting carpet into another building in which they lay the carpet in the grass. The summer grass full of fleas. I was absolutely shocked. Luckily I was able to find a solution but we're still dealing with the itching and the worry of every spot having fleas hidden within

Good community, lots of nice people in the area. It doesn't get too loud at night. But you can still hear some cars driving by or if people are outside your window you can hear them talk. Overall though, it is a good apartment.

The community has been fantastic, my time here has been mostly calm and any maintenance requests have been filled quickly. My only two complaints are that brightspeed (the only available internet provider) has provided subpar internet service and that the only place to dispose of garbage is the trash compactor which is usually left overflowing and covered in garbage by other residents.

Overall I'm fairly satisfied with this complex. I wish the rent pricing was less expensive. My biggest complaint is the unsightly mess that is CONSTANTLY left in the trash area. I realize the staff routinely cleans it up, but there has got to be a way, to prevent residents who this, TO STOP DOING IT!
