The main concern I see is related to pest issues. I have already experienced big roach inside apartment, snake outside of the apartment, plenty of worm/insects/bugs around walk ways around apartment. This is creating huge mental out of comfort and increase stress. There is no other issue identified in terms of apartment complex, etc.. However, surrounding is with excess pest concerns.

Dissatisfied with maintenance services and poor quality of pest control. There are uncounted numbers of pest outside of apartment and comes inside home everyday. Pest control happens regularly but quality of pest control is not good.
