LOVE IT

I live in a townhome. Its very nice, peacefully quiet, spacious & affordable. I recently renewed my lease, which will be my 5th year living in Green Caye. We have our very own convenient store, a pool, a park, ponds (with fish) & a very nice walking trail. Office management are very helpful & mindful & least not to say the maintenance crew are remarkable!!!!

Nice place to live

Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests, the people in the office are very polite and understanding and very friendly, the houses are well maintained and very nice to live in, and I love the ease of having our yard kept up on regularly.

Beautiful and Quiet Community

I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home. It has a fenced yard and a storage building with plenty of room. They steam clean my carpets once a year and change the a.c. vents regularly as well as yard service. Maintenance requests are resolved the same day and office staff is always so helpful especially Mrs. Jessica. Beautiful quiet community with great neighbors.

Great Place To Call Home

I have lived at Green Caye for ten years and have been more than pleased with my experience living here. The office staff are knowledgeable as well as friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I have had over the years. The maintenance staff are second to none. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly and correctly the first time. All the personnel employed by Green Caye are friendly and helpful. I have always felt safe living at Green Caye and the property is well lighted at night and the grounds are well maintained. Green Caye is close to everything. There is an HEB and Kroger just a short drive from the property as well as a Convenience store just outside the property. They have a pool and walking trails for the residents. Another BIG plus, is you get have parking in front of your unit. I have really enjoyed my time here at Green Caye and hope to be able to call it home for many years to come.

Great place to call home.

New management, DOWNHILL!

I used to love living here. Now it's awful. There's gun shots every few days, someone shot off 10 rounds a month or two ago. People are always starting up their music at 5am and blasting it with their loud mufflers. The kids here are RIFFRAFF if ever I've seen it. They demand money from the elderly at the gas station, they knock on people's doors and ask for it, it's gotten super trashy here. They don't do background checks, so who knows if your neighbor is a pedophile. They'll mow the office and the grounds and leave the rest of our yards looking like crap. Maintenance leaves their trash in our yard constantly. It's never ending with this place. They can't afford to fix the broken gates, we're down to about 5 washers and 8 dryers between thousands of people (we had about 15 each last year), can't provide a quarter machine, but they can afford an entire new RV section? Makes a lot of sense doesn't it? They upgrade for their pockets, not their tenants. They don't enforce any of their own rules in their rental agreements either.

Great place to live

I have lived here going on 3 years. I absolutely love it. The kids enjoy the swimming pool, track, feeding the ducks, the playground, and the other kids around the neighborhood. The office is amazing. They are always on top of things. Maintenance comes fast and fixes any issues. I highly recommend!

Nice place to live

We are a family of 5 and have lived in Green Caye since March of 2020 and just renewed for another year. We started in a 3bdrm single wide and after our first year moved to a 4bdrm double wide back by the ponds. Maintenance has always been very responsive and resolve any issues we may encounter. The staff in the leasing office have always been good to us as too. We have had a pleasant experience with our neighbors as well. There is a playground, swimming pool and walking areas for fitness. Would love if there was a basketball goal or two for kids. Maybe up by the pool/office would be nice.

Good place to live for the price

We have lived in Green Caye for 2 years now, and we really like it. New owners just took over so I’m curious to see if things will stay the same. Maintenance is AWESOME and always takes care of our needs right away . The only thing I wish was different is the maintenance on the outside of the mobile home section. They are in SEVERE need of power washing more than once a year. But beyond that, it’s quiet, and haven’t had any issues with neighbors.

Best community ever!

When I say community, I MEAN community! Everyone here including office/management. There’s an entire maintenance team (30+ people), it’s gated, multiple exits and entrances, and there’s literally a designated convenient store for the community. Any concerns I have are addressed promptly and with understanding. I appreciate the diligence the entire staff have. We just renewed -which we have never done. My little family feels safe and at home here <3

Good place to live

I have always enjoyed living at Green Cay. This is my 2nd tim. The have good staff and upkee. Plus you get a mini yard. They did just change ownership so prices have gone up unfortunately. I would understand more if we were in League City with the League City schools but it is Dickinson schools and location. Not that it's bad but there is property value to consider and we shouldn't have to have high prices to live especially in this economy. With that said, I recommend Green Caye. It's really a great place to live.

Wonderful neighborhood!

Green caye is an excellent location to live! I’ve been here going on 6 years and have never had any problems with noise from neighbors as everything is well insulated (not to mention a family environment) and the office/maintenance has always been great to work with and handles any issues quickly and efficiently. I love the fact we have our own convenient store also.

Have live here in Green Caye for 10 Years,love it.

They are very quick to fix your maintenance issues. The maintenance people are friendly and very knowledgeable on fixing all problems quickly. The grounds around your apartment are kept very well groomed. They have a great pool for your children.

Love it!

I have been here going into my 3rd yr and I truly love it!!! If I ever have any maintenance issues,etc. they are always prompt to assist in my needs. The staff is always so nice when I have any questions or concerns. I feel safe in my community and it's always very quiet and they keep it clean. Y'all are stuck with me for a little longer, I love it here

Very nice place to live and affordable

I really enjoy living in Green Caye Village. It's a nice mixed use property. They maintain it well and respond very quickly to any maintenance requests. There is a swimming pool and they have a walking area around the retention ponds.

I really enjoy living at Green Caye. The maintenance team is excellent. It's quiet and I feel safe living here. I hope to call it home for many years to come. My only complaint is no lawn furniture at the pool, hoping they add new furniture this Spring/Summer

I have lived at Green Caye for 5 years! The grounds are kept up well and maintenance is always available! All schools are in close proximity of the property. I even have a small backyard for BBQ or children to play. Recommend Green Caye to all families!

They are professional, well priced, and quick to help with any issues. The maintenance staff are very professional and on top of keeping the grounds well groomed and running smoothly. The neighborhood has been both peaceful and safe for my young child to play outside which has given me great peace of mind. The residents pick up after their animals and are very friendly and look out for each other. The parking spots are spacious and have had no issues with damage. Truly have enjoyed the peace of living here. The nature and quiet haven of this property can't be beat as a renter and either can the price.

Great location and love where I live. The only thing I can say is the gates are always broken. But the staff and maintenance are always on top of all issues. I have been here going on 5 years and won't be leaving until I buy a house

We enjoy living here. The maintaince staff is very fast and thorough when dealing with issues. The community is quiet. We havent had any issues with neighbors or staff. Management can be slow to respond on some issues however over all the best place we have every rented from.

We are a family of 5 that have lived in Green Caye since March of 2020. This is a great community, so great that we have renewed for our 3rd year. The main office staff have been pleasant and informative since day one. Maintenance responds to and repairs any issues within 24-48hrs. They are all pleasant and respectful as well. We enjoy having a fenced in yard, outdoor storage shed, community pool, playground and ponds with a walking trail. In our opinion the community is quiet. Of course people have a bbq in the summer or a birthday party here and there, but that’s no different then any other place you would live. We recommend the community to all.
