I moved in this complex about a week ago tomorrow, and already I don't like it. I read ratings on this before and that should have been my first clue. Okay, first my carpet is crap, its old and worn. I have stains all over, in evey room. My counters are redone, and there are scratches all over. My counters in my bathroom have burns on them. My tub has been redone, and it looks better than it used to, however it still is bad. There are cracked tiles, the bottom of the tub is all bumpy. They are retiling my kitchen and my bathroom today. However the only thing that they are doing for me since I had to move everything out of my kitchen and bathroom is redoing my tile. I couldnt use my shower for 48 hours after I moved in. The funny thing is, I got the apartment almost a month before I moved in. And they are going to talk to someone about a credit for two days, which is nothing compaired to everything that has happened. The manager came to my apartment and looked at it and tried to explain that these are apartments and some people dont take care of them as well as others!!! So thats my fault. I am paying rent, and my apartment shouldnt look like crap because of the person that lived there before. Now she did say that they would redo my counters in the kitchen and in the bathroom. But I would have to move EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING out of those two rooms, and I couldnt used either room for 48 hours. So I would have to stay somewhere else. Again I pay the price for them not having my apartment ready, and for the last person that lived here. I wouldnt move here unless you dont care what your apartment looked like!
