DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

----, the manager, has no idea what she is doing from one day to the next. She lied to my husband about a number of things. Said she would pay the electric bill because his AC went out. She never paid it, and the AC NEVER got fixed. She said that she wouldn't charge him but two months market rent to relet... he now has to pay 4 months market rent. My husband and I have left several messages for maintenance, for ----, for office staff, along with several emails and never received a reply back. Am thinking about suing the company over this. This complex may look nice on the outside, but don't let it fool you. There were orgies in the pool at night... can't take your kids swimming without fear of them seeing something inappropriate at the pool. The maintenance does not fix anything. Appliances are cheap, rusted, and outdated. The office staff is rude and discriminatory (I personally saw one of the office staff treat an ----- ------ man extremely poorly because she couldn't understand what he was asking, even though I could understand him clearly). The staff will lie to you, rip you off, and leave you out to dry. Do not move here.
