Counting down until I leave! When I chose to move to this apartment I was told that I would have a w/d in my apt, cable was included, etc. However that was not the case. When I signed the paper work everything was extra money. $50 for cable, a gate keyfob was extra, no washerdryer and no laundry on site... When I asked why I wasnt told this when I first viewed the property I was told "You should have read the application better because its in there." Really? Also when I was given the walkthrough paperwork I was told I didnt really need to fill it out becuase they know the apts are old and have problems. Great staff right? Then there was the construction on the buildings which would start at 730 am. Waking up to someone sawing on your balcony is not fun. When I asked when it would be done I was told soon. Soon ended up being 2.5 months. It took them 3 weeks to replace a light in the outside hallway and one still isnt fixed 9 months later. The walls are paper thin, I can here everything my neighbors do and say on all sides and the doors dont close all the way so air and bugs come in. I bought some weatherstripping and that helped, but the apt does get pretty cold now a days (yay high heat bill). The only upside is the parking was great. Im happy I signed a short lease, this apt is not worth the $910
