My experience

We moved here in late 2004. We got a good deal because we moved to the third floor. For the most part, the apartment is pretty nice. Being on the third floor, the only place we could possibly hear noise from neighbors would be the ones below us and the ones beside us. We usually don't hear a peep from the ones below us. Our next door neighbors have the occasional party. The walls contain them very well, with the occasional very low bass thumping. About the only annoying thing is the occassional cursing in the hall as they are coming and going. It doesn't bother me, but it is something I do not wish my son to hear. The staff seems somewhat unorganized, though maintenance is usually quick to respond to problems. Parking is great, and outside of the occasional balcony parties, it is a relatively safe and quiet community. Will stay here one more year and then look for something better.....like a HOUSE!!! I've had enough of the apartment living. One more minor note. We have a medium sized dog. We always clean up after her with a pooper scooper. We wish everyone else will do the same. I see so many people just letting their dogs run around and do their business everywhere. Makes for a messy grounds area.
