My husband and I signed our 3rd lease here only because we really didn't have the time to move. Luckily, this will be our last lease that we signed because we have other living arrangements lined up. This complex may look nice, but overall it's poorly managed. What complex with over 400 units would only have 1 trash compactor and have the trash compactor emptied only once a week?! Almost every time I drive by the compactor, I see trash filled to the top and over flowing almost into the street. This is not laziness on the tenants' end, this is management being a cheapskate. The gate on my end breaks all the time and takes management months to fix it. Yes, it's because people keep hitting the gate but here's an idea. How about you buy a security camera to record who is hitting the gate and then fine them for it. That will stop the issue pretty quick. Also, the doggy trash bins located around the property are always overflowing. I see my neighbor emptying it themselves and replacing it with their own trash bags because maintenance is too lazy to do it themselves. And when the doggy bags run out, it's usually a week before they are refilled. When it comes to getting maintenance to fix anything, you have to submit a request online and you're lucky if they fix the issue within 30 days. Once I submitted a request for them to fix my alarm because it wasn't hooked up properly and they didn't get around to it until 6 months later. And within that 6 months, our apartment was broken into. The gym has some nice equipment, but it's hard to work out because the AC is broken and they never fixed it. I pay $5.00/month for pest control and they only come out when you ask, not every 6 months like they're supposed to. I also pay $8.00/month for pet rent, which leaves me to ask what the pet deposit was for. And I can never trust anyone in the office to keep up with paperwork. I can't tell you how many times I've given them copies of my renter's insurance only to be contacted 3 months later saying they never got it or they can't find it. Don't rent here unless you enjoy headaches. It's been a migraine ever since I moved in.
