Moved here because it was convenient, getting divorce and had to stay close to my son. The office staff when I moved in, 4 yrs ago, was great. Every single one of them left one month later.
Management changes every 6-8 months, you can set your clock by it. And the new "team" is worse than the previous "team". Bank on that too. I have a friend pick up my mail when I'm out of town for work and she cannot believe the horrible, non-existant, ignore you attitude when you walk into the office to pick up a fed-ex package (I'm used to it and just walk into the parcel room and let them decide what to do).
The trash compactor area looks like this place had a NASCAR race EVERY SINGLE DAY. It is embarrassing, and uncalled for.
I've put in maintenance requests 3 times to have the light bulb replaced by my front door. Has never been replaced. I'm done reporting it.
They have their heated (in winter) and air-conditioned (in summer) office, and you are worse then scum.
The "gated community" part works for 4 hours maximum. It breaks before the service clown leaves.
And the gates sit open for 3-4 weeks before they pull their heads out long enough to realize it isn't working.
This is a nation-wide corporation. And you are treated as such.
Emails and phone calls are treated as if you walk into the office..."we don't see you, don't hear you, and don't care about you."
Until you are late with the rent. Then they all all come out of the wood work.
