It has required me to request repairs twice and multiple emails before repairs even begin to be addressed. It had been two weeks since the original request and as of today have yet to be completed. Also have been told several times issues were due to "age of complex" when in truth it is more so due to the apartment not being properly prepared when I moved in. Unacceptable. Much of the work I will have to resort to doing myself at this point.
