I loved the apartments when I looked at them and now after living here for a week I will never sign a lease with them again. For starters the office staff is the worst. The most unprofessional people I have ever had an encounter with and so rude. Not only is the staff on the property a train wreck. I tried calling corporate and talking to the office managers about how horrible their staff is. I got no help or apologies not even mentioning the garbage they try to feed you as far as excuses go. The day I signed my lease was absolutely horrible. All the paper work was messed up on their part and they weren't even trying to help. It's been about a week since I put in a maintenance order and it is not fixed yet something so little as a plug outlet being fixed. I'm honestly worried that if their is an emergency it wouldn't be looked at either. I strongly suggest you find a better place to move into. I also want to add that the pet FEE is 500 non refundable which is bogus considering its NON REFUNDALE. So unless you want to deal with horrible staff members, unattentive maintenance, and outrageous fees find another apartment complex and avoid this BS at all costs.
