Overall I really like this complex. The only 2 complaints I really have are the neighbors upstairs are quite noisy at all times day and night, and I wish there was another trash bin on site to dump trash as the trash tends to overflow quite a bit.

I have lived here at Colonial Grand for about 6 months now and I can say I really like this place. Even though the neighbors upstairs can be noisy at times. The office staff is always nice and if there is any issue that I need maintenance to come out to look at they are always out within a day to look at it. The only thing I wish they would add is another garbage dumpster because the garbage is always piling up and just looks unattractive. I have lived in other apartments around bear creek and I can say this is by far the best one so far.
