AWFUL Management
Every time I have ever gone inside the office to take care of anything, they are always on personal phone calls, while 3 or more people stand inside waiting for help. One day, on my lunch hour, I went in to tell them that my garage door opener wasn´t working, and someone told me that I would have to come back later that day, because she was very busy. No one else was inside, but she was too busy to help me. They are terrible about getting someone to your apartment to fix anything, you have to ask them about at least 2 or 3 times before anything gets done. The paint inside of the bathroom is peeling off of the walls, the ice maker leaks, & our microwave has not worked since the day we moved in 4 months ago. After the 4 times I have told them my garage door opener does not work, it still doesn´t. Like other people have mentioned in the workout room the machines are always broken, the gates are never working correctly. It really just isn´t worth the money.Share This Review
