Colonial Grand @ Bear Creek has been an awesome place to live. I just renewed my lease for another year. I love the pools in the summer time, we have met some really great people and have a blast. My apartment is really nice I love everything its been great. The recent management change has been pretty good, I seem to like them better than the last one. The trash has been really good lately too! The maintenance guys pick up the grounds and do the trash compactor mon-fri so on weekends it gets pretty full, however that is due to pure laziness of residents just leaving tons of bags and not compacting the trash. Anyways its a great place i would recomend it to anyone, tons of parking, spacious floorplans, nice staff and really beautiful property (it's always well maintained). I've lived at a lot of apartments and this one is a place I will most likely stay for a while until I find a house. Anyways good luck on your searches!
