Friendly staff, attached garage and w/d in apt is all I can provide a thumbs up on. Lack of attention to detail regarding the grounds: numerous water leaks in sprinkler system causes mosquito havens in grass and puddles on driveways; lack of attention to burned out safety lighting in hallways outside apts. (numerous calls to have bulbs replaced is for naught); electrical outlets in garage for plugging in additional refrigerator (apt version very small) wired poorly (circuit breakers continually trip); website for paying rent has been hit and miss for several months(exceptionally poor ownership approach to resident convenience); patched carpeting in the one we rented was worst I've seen, ever; ceiling fan in living room is a "paid for monthly option"; on-site gym is poorly maintained (stolen free wgts never replaced after several months of reminders, as well as no hand sanitizer containers ever refilled or garbage cans in workout area). Electronic entry gate to complex is consistently "broken". Doggie poop-bag stations went without bags for 2 months fall of 2013. Pools have mold with leaves/dirt constantly. Although this was a short-term lease between house sale and purchase of new, I wish we would have researched comments like these further. And don't be fooled by the "model" they show you, as most likely it won't be anything close to what they rent you! Make sure you check out the entire property, and don't be afraid to talk to a resident or two. After all, you would do the same for a home neighborhood!
