Decent to average experience

I have lived here for almost three years. The apartments overall are nice apartments. When I moved in the carper was horrible and disgusting. I cannot belive that the carpet was not replaced before I moved in. The overall condition of the inside of the apartment should have been much better. I was in a situation where I could not delay moving in order to wait for repairs. The biggest complaint I have is the NOISE. It is terrible where I lived. My apartment was in the back and faced Bear Creek Parkway. I had to call the police a total of about six times because of my horrible neighbors who were later evicted for the amount of complaints that they recieved. <br><br>The unfortunate thing is that there are times when the rent goes down that the class of people go with it, however a new company has purchased this property and I think that they should be given a chance. I have already seen a positive change in the communication with residents in regards to activities and community involvement.<br><br>I am moving at the end of December to another apartment due to a disagreement with the new property owner regarding the terms of my lease.<br><br>
