I have been here 3 months and this has been the worst experience I have ever encountered. The apartments look nice on the outside, but be aware that the mangement here just flat sucks. I have had trouble since before I moved in and every week there is something.<br>First, I rented-- an apartment was assigned to me, but when it came time to move in, I discovered I had no place to live-they rented it to someone else. Then I had to deal with the other person utilities for four weeks, I had to carry my lease every where that I went to prove that I was the person leasing this apartment. <br>I would turn work orders into management but they would not give them to maintenance. It took two months to have a kitchen drawer replaced.<br>This month I recieved water bills from two different water companies both bills come from the main office at Clonial Grand. I am just renting, but one of the bills is for repairs to water pipes and for sewage drains. <br>The only good thing about this place is there is plenty of parking.<br>Do not rent from here unless you living in a disaster area. I will NOT be signing another lease here, it will be all I do finish out the lease that I have.
