People, you all should be careful!
It is not without a reason that many people rate this place very low. You all should read comments, and see the ratings before you walk in the front office. I have a very bad experiance to this place. I read some comments and saw the ratings was low, but didn't took it serious....Apparently, I found out all was true. Here is what I experience...
Where can I start this? I have never seen such a poor customer service as I experienced in this apartment. The front office people have horrible attitude and pathetic liar behavior. I caught the lady telling lies many times about one thing right in front of my face.
She told me that the room that I am supposed to rent would come with a white wall paint, and all the appliances would be fixed and changed if needed once the unit is vacated. So, one day to our moving day she called us and told us that the room is ready to be viewed. We went to see it, and when we walk in, the wall paint is different than we have been told. It is the so called "late color" which makes the whole room look very dark, and unattractive. Other than that the kitchen drawers were broken and not even fixed, and the freezer has many dents, which you don't want to see after paying almost $1400, and also part of the freezer door handler were broken and lose. We asked if the the freezer could be changed or if the wall could be repaint to white, amazingly she gave us a firm NO, and told us we only got three choice;
1. Move in as is and never mention any thing to be changed.
2. Move in and may be the drawers could be changed, but never expect about the freezer. WHich same as option one.
3. Get our refund back and leave.
so I pick the third option, I am waiting for my refund.
How come someone want to sign for a year when you get mistreated on your very first day of visiting your future home. If the front office don't show you first impression with a bright smile and good approach, what else do you think attract your customer....? The office furnitures and well trimmed grass??? The management should think about this.
