Very Nice

I moved in the apts in August and really love my apt. The floorplan is spacious and I have a great patio and my garage is great! <br> <br>It is near the airport, so with the windows open you will hear planes-the noise level is dependent on which runway they are using. However, when they the windows are closed, I hear nothing. They are built well. <br>Management has been very nice- and I see them all the time bacause I have a lot of packages delivered to the office. The grounds are very pretty and well kept. Maintenance is very friendly- they wave- I have not had to call them for anything. <br> <br>The only problems I can tell are listed: <br> <br>The gates have been broken since I moved in. I hope I do not come home one day and find them closed, because none of my friends would be able to get in- management has not put my phone number in the gate because they are "broken". They should have taken my number and put it in when they are fixed, but they did not. <br> <br>The mailbox has no out going mail center because someone keeps breaking into it. (It is outside the gate- but at this point what difference would it make?) <br> <br>
