My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years. The grounds are consistently well-kept and the complex is fairly quiet overall (the usual/occasional noisy neighbor is to be expected). The staff members are almost all friendly and the maintenance team is great. With all but one experience, our maintenance requests have been fulfilled in a timely and thorough manner. We like the layout of our apartment, as it meets our needs quite well. My biggest complaint about the complex would have to be related to all the extra fees that appear on your monthly bill as well as the way they bill water/utilities. Pest control, sewer, fixed sewer, storm water charge, trash, fixed water (on top of your water bill), trash billing fee, and the $50 "connect" fee for cable that you cannot opt-out of (maybe that's cheap, but that's not that much of a "deal", considering they are providing it to the entire complex, and when one does not have a TV, its a complete waste and frustrating that you can't opt-out). We have about $110 each month tacked on to our rent, so when comparing costs, I suggest adding about $100 dollars to the amount of rent originally quoted. That being said, as long as that is expected and budgeted for, it compares fairly well with others in the area.
