Our move in experience at Colonial Grand at Bear Creek was amazing! Amy was a sweetheart and patiently answered every question and bent over backwards to help us with any issues we had. The one bedroom we are renting is adorable! Huge windows allow a ton of sunlight in, the rooms are spacious, and we love the layout. The kitchen could use an upgrade, but it was a clean and came with a washer and dryer already installed (saved us so much money!). There were just a few cleaning and maintenance issues, but they responded the next day after I put in the request!
The grounds are very well kept and any lighting or gate issues handled promptly making the place feel very safe. Their gate was broken the day we came to check out the apartment, but within the next few days it was back running again. It wasn't like that at a few other places we visited... The area is as quite as you can expect an apartment complex to be- a few dogs bark now and again, but for the most part there isn't any bothersome noises.
I would definitely recommend this place to others. I've read reviews online about the place and feel as though not enough happy customers post! We even talked to our neighbors and they love it so much they just renewed their lease for another year. I think you should definitely come check this place out!
