Throughout the years that I have been here the office staff has been very helpful, quickly addressed maintenance needs, and kept the residents informed about affecting the entire complex. The only complaint I have is that the decision to move from dumpsters to large compactors was an epic failure, compactor area is always overflowing the trash.

    Overall living at Colonial Grande the pleasant experience, grounds are kept well, Fitness Center and pool area maintained well security lighting is good, maintenance staff is great, office staff is helpful, put the trash compactors are a failure and eyesore.

      The only real issue is the trash compactor. Replacing the various small dumpsters with the one trash compactor on each side of the complex has been on the whole an epic failure. Trash bags are overflowing out into the grounds around the compactor on a weekly basis.
