I notified the front office that a water bubble appeared on the ceiling in my bathroom on a Tuesday. The staff indicated maintenance would go into the apartment above me and fix the issue. I believed them, walked out, and did not follow-up. On Friday of that same week I realized I should have followed-up when I noticed WATER DRIPPING FROM THE CEILING INTO MY BATHROOM. Saturday morning I alerted the front office staff again that it was RAINING IN MY BATHROOM. The lady said she would talk to maintenance and get back to me. This time I knew to follow-up and at 4:30 pm on Saturday I went back down to the office to inquire and was told maintenance could not come until Monday. I said fine, but I better be first thing on the list unless someone has rain in other parts of their apartment. Monday comes, and first thing is 8:00 am in my book... at 9:15 I go into the office and ask if someone is coming, or if I should wait until the entire ceiling caves in! I am guessing they forgot to put me on the list because just a few minutes later maintenance finally comes to fix the issue that should have been fixed before my upstairs neighbors moved in!! I do not understand how it takes 6 days for a request to be fixed, especially a request that involves water coming from the upstairs neighbors bathtub, through the ceiling and dripping into my apartment!!
