Avoid Milano like the plague

I was a 2 1/2 year resident. The first year, they had great managment. That changed just after. They stole the car cover off my second car and were going to tow it. Even after I said it was mine and the previous mgmt said it was fine the way it was. Complaints were never addressed. Once I was even told to " Live with it, it´s part of apartment living". And that´s a quote too! This was when a neighbor was dumping his ash tray on my new truck from his balcony above. They never fixed any of my maint. problems after repeated calls. Then claim they show no record of me calling. Lastly... their managment and office personel have no idea how to read a lease contract and will try their hardest to give you a hard time for leaving, no matter how well YOU handle it and how right you are. This is even after having a professional legal counsel review it. Their managment is very very rude in any circumstance. Except for the 1st of the month when rent is due. I highly recomment to anyone considering moving here to look elsewhere. And if your leaving ( recommended ), and your leasing month to month, get ready for a rude and uncooperative experience with managment.
