It is mediocre at best . The cost is not great for what you get.. Other than location and the courtesy maintenance staff, not many great things to say. Workout room has broken and no working equipment Some of the gates don't work Our kitchen maintenance issues have not been fixed for several months

The amenities are great when they are handled correctly (ie all machines in the fitness center working, valet trash recycling, trash compactor getting empty regularly) but otherwise the community is average.
