I haven't lived here very long could I requested the apartment be cleaned before I moved in and it never was. I have had cold water since the day I moved in with no reply or response as to win I will have warm or hot water. The cable that they do for free is ridiculous because it's hard to hook up and you have to do it yourself. The staffs really nice but if you need anything fixed basically you're SOL because they tell you they only have one maintenance person on hand to take care of all these units and nothing seems to be a priority once they get you moved in and you sign your lease.
