Hector and Heather are fantastic! In fact, all the staff are helpful and friendly. Maintenance issues happen. This team takes care of it all right away. The grounds are well kept and readily available when you need them. And even if you just want to stop by and say hi.

When the air conditioner goes out on a Sunday afternoon in the high 90's, you could be in trouble. But that was not the case. The office staff let maintenance know right away and in no time, it was cool again. Thank you!

Josh from the maintenance department came on the very same day I called to replace the insides of the toilet. Water was running and would not stop. I appreciate the quick response and the needed repair.

MAA Bear Creed has terrific Staff, both in office and maintenance. It is a well maintained. This property is centrally located. with easy freeway access and close to both airports. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed.

Terrific staff always striving to make life here the best. They sincerely care about the residents satisfaction. The grounds are well kept. The community events are delightful. Handling maintenance with efficiency and speed means a lot.
